SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Worldwide using FedEx, UPS, USPS with full insurance and delivery confirmation on all orders. All items are carefully and professionally packaged to guarantee your watch arrives safely.
Orders are typically shipped within one business day of cleared payment. If an online order is placed Sunday or Monday, it will ship the following Tuesday. All orders are available for pick-up.
All watches include free shipping in the CONUS. We charge a flat-rate for international shipments of $100, which ship via FedEx Priority International with full insurance. The items will usually arrive within 1-5 days depending on location, in rare scenarios, foreign customs local to buyer can delay shipping, which is unforeseen- buyer acknowledges this upon international purchases. In order to fully insure the value of your new timepiece, we cannot lower the declared value on the international shipping commercial invoice. Buyer has the sole responsibility to pay any and all duties or customs their receiving nation and municipality may impose on them.
Packages must be signed for at the time of delivery for security purposes. If you are not available to sign for your package, you can have the carrier hold the package for local pick-up. We cannot securely ship to P.O. boxes and some countries. For international orders, please contact us regarding safe shipping. If you have a question about international shipments, please contact us prior to ordering.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WARRANTY
The Watch Aficionado Co, Inc. One-Year Service Warranty
The Watch Aficionado Co, Inc. warranties all watches for one full year from the date of purchase unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice.
What is not covered under the Service Warranty
Pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry and accessories are not covered by this warranty. Also, because most mechanical ( and Quartz ) watches do not keep perfect, accurate time, the warranty does not cover watches that run slow or fast, nor does it cover damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as (but not limited to) knocks, dents, crushing, and scratching. The warranty does not cover cracked, scratched or broken crystals, or water damage. Alterations and/or repairs, or custom work done without the prior written consent from The Watch Aficionado, Inc. will render this warranty null and void. Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized by the Company ( in writing ) will render this warranty null and void.
The Watch Aficionado Co, Inc. one-year service warranty is limited to U.S. based customers only. It does not apply to international transactions. All international sales are final.
The warranty is also non-transferable and is only valid for the original buyer.
The Watch Aficionado Co, Inc. is not an authorized retailer for ANY of the brands that we carry, including the Rolex Watch Company or its subsidiary, Rolex USA. The Watch Aficionado, Inc. is an independent watch dealer and is not sponsored by, associated with, or affiliated with Rolex S.A or any of its subsidiaries. The Watch Aficionado, Inc. only sells pre-owned Rolex watches and provides its own warranties on the watches it sells. The Rolex Watch Company (www.rolex.com) or any of its subsidiaries are under no obligation to warranty-service watches sold by The Watch Aficionado Co, Inc.
