RETURN POLICY/ SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping 
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Watch Aficionado Co., Inc., 1680 SW Saint Lucie West Blvd., Suite 104, Port Saint Lucie Florida 34986, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

STORE POLICIES & TERMS OF SALE

By purchasing merchandise or services from The Watch Aficionado Co., Inc. ("Company"), the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final. The Company does not offer refunds on any merchandise, services, special orders, custom orders, or pre-owned items unless otherwise required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be considered within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to management approval and the following conditions:

  • Original sales receipt must be presented.
  • Merchandise must be in unworn, unused, and unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging, boxes, warranty cards, tags, certificates, manuals, and accessories must accompany the item.
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, modification, or tampering will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Any approved exchange will be for merchandise of equal or greater value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.

SIZED, ALTERED, CUSTOM, AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation under any circumstances:

  • Sized or adjusted watch bracelets or straps.
  • Resized rings.
  • Engraved items.
  • Custom-designed jewelry.
  • Personalized merchandise.
  • Special order merchandise.
  • Deposits placed on special orders or custom projects.

All deposits on custom, special-order, or layaway items are non-refundable.

PRE-OWNED WATCHES & JEWELRY

Due to the unique nature of pre-owned luxury timepieces and jewelry, all pre-owned merchandise is sold "AS IS" except as otherwise covered under any written warranty provided by the Company.

WATER RESISTANCE DISCLAIMER

Water resistance is not permanent and may diminish over time due to age, wear, impact, gasket deterioration, prior service history, or other factors beyond the Company's control.

Following a battery replacement, the Company does not guarantee water resistance unless the watch undergoes a complete resealing service and successfully passes a pressure test performed by the Company.

Customers are expressly advised that:

  • Watches that have not been resealed and pressure tested should not be exposed to water, moisture, steam, swimming, showering, or submersion.
  • The Company assumes no responsibility for water intrusion, moisture damage, fogging, movement damage, dial damage, or any resulting repairs if a watch is exposed to water without a completed reseal and pressure test.
  • Even after passing a pressure test, water resistance can be compromised by future impacts, wear, misuse, or damage.

SERVICE WORK

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, manufacturer defects, worn components, prior repairs, aftermarket modifications, or issues discovered during servicing.

Any repair estimates are based upon visible inspection and may be revised if additional issues are identified during the repair process.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim relating to merchandise or services shall be limited solely to the original purchase price paid by the customer. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Completion of a purchase, service order, repair authorization, or acceptance of merchandise constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies and terms.
